释义	nor “反或”，“或非” 一种逻辑运算子，有如下特性：如果P是一个命题，Q是一个命题，R是一个命题．．．，当所有命题都为假时，结果为真。如果至少有一个命题为真，则运算结果为假。PNOR Q常常用OR和N符号的组合来表示，如～（PΛQ）。P NOR Q也称为既不是P也不是Q。
